Our colleague at the SAPS has advised us that due to crime trends, stolen tack has been declared a national crime statistic. They are aware that a huge syndicate is running the “business”.
She has passed on a contact for us from the SA Insurance Crime Bureau who have started their own investigation into this and are maintaining lists of relevant information.
